Loki: Alright - except for this headache that comes and goes.
Thor: *enters the room*
Loki: Oh look, there it is again.

Frigga: Keep an eye on Thor today. He’s going to say something to the wrong person and get himself punched
Loki: Sure, I’d love to see Thor get punched
Frigga: Try again
Loki: I will…stop Thor from getting punched?
Frigga: Better

Norse Mythology Re-Imagined: The Children of Loki and the Compassion of Odin
Loki never cared about his children with Angraboda. They were, like all things, a temporary amusement at best. He left, his fiery and flighty spirit carrying him away, leaving the giantess with her children, born with the blood of Gods and Kings in their veins. Children she is completely unprepared to raise alone.
But Odin's All-Seeing Eye spies them, these children, and he shall not let this stand. So he sends forth his most valiant sons, Thor and Tyr, to retrieve them and bring them to Asgard, as it is their birthright as well.
They are brought before him, the Grim girl, and the monstrous boys, and the other Aesir shrink back in fear, but Odin, wise and learned, looks upon these children, for that is what they are, and feels his heart moved to mercy and compassion. Besides, the children of Gods and Giants are always... exceptional.
He takes Hela under his wing, for in her he sees the most of himself. A budding wisdom and potency of spirit. He teaches her all he knows of lore and magic, the Runes and the workings of the world. She thrives under his teachings, and he bequeaths to her an entire Realm to rule, where she might do the most good.
He even betroths her to his son, Baldur, and they are wed beneath boughs of mistletoe. Frigga weeps openly, as do all other things for Baldur's passing to the Land of the Dead, where he might do the most good.
For Jormundgandr Odin sees boundless potential. So he sends the serpent into the sea, where there is no limit on size. And Jormundgandr grows and grows in might, ruling the abyss in the crushing depths, where few others could dwell. The serpent who threads the realms, binding them together like a thread through the seas.
And Fenrir? The most lively and wild, the one who most closely carries the fiery spirit of Loki? That savage wolf who's potential strength sways even Thor's heart to uncertainty?
Odin gives Fenrir the thing he truly needs.
He gives Fenrir to Tyr. The boy receives a father to love him, and the man receives a son to love.
Fenrir's rage never fully cools. His strength only waxes. He breaks every chain, every boundary, every restriction. Even Tyr can only do so much to tame his wild spirit. And the promise Odin saw in his eyes, the destiny to slay the All-Father, never deserts his mind.
So Odin commissions the dwarfs to craft a ribbon, stronger than any chain, and he gifts it to Fenrir, who wears it as a sash about him, binding his soul, cooling his rage when it wakens to wrath.
And so Odin's compassion shapes the fates of the Children of Loki. And so they are fated to be, ever and anon.

Gender-fluid/Intersex Loki snippets from their childhood:
Nurse: Yes, the baby is in perfect health, but Ah- there is one problem.
Odin: Well, what is it?
Nurse: We can’t tell the child’s gender.
Odin: Nonsense, let me see the baby.
Frigga: Did you not check when you brought it here?
Odin: I had other things on my mind.
Frigga: Of course
Odin: See, look. That is definitely a boy.
Nurse: But see-
Frigga: Oh. Is that ah- Is that normal? Where the child is from, I mean.
Nurse: I have no idea because someone won’t tell me where he received the child.
Odin: How about we just let the child decide?
Frigga: Odin, the baby can’t speak at its age yet.
Odin: Ah. Well, we can just choose one now and let the child decide later.
Frigga: Wonderful idea and since I’m doing the child rearing I get to choose-
Odin: Wha-
[Cut to a few centuries later]
Loki: I’m going to be a girl today.
Odin and Frigga who knew this day would come: Of course. Just know that we will always accept you as you are.
Loki: Tomorrow I’m going to be a snake!
Odin and Frigga:
Tumblr media
Thor: But Loki, if you’re a snake, then you won’t have any arms! How will you spar with us tomorrow!
Loki: Ah, that is a good point. I’ll just be a snake with legs then. And very pointy teeth.
Thor: Like a crocodile!
Loki: Yes, exactly! I’m going to be a crocodile tomorrow!
Odin: Okay but are you going to be a boy or girl crocodile?
Loki: Crocodiles don’t have genders, silly.
Odin: Ah, yes. My mistake.
Frigga: Yes they do-
Loki: ANYWAYS
Also:
Thor: Now we’re going to play valkries today.
Sif: You can’t play valkries because you’re not a girl. Only girls can be valkries.
Thor:
Tumblr media
Sif: Loki can though. But only part time because he’s only a girl sometimes.
Loki, who has never been interested in the valkrie but is now about to make it their entire personality just to spite Thor: I could be a girl all the time.
Thor:

Did anyone ever think about if Thor and Loki had the typical sibling arguments as children?
Like, did Thor ever go “I’m the oldest one, so I get to do this”
Did something like this ever happen:
Child Thor: you know. You’re the only one with black hair in our family, so you’re adopted
Little Loki: no, I’m not!
Thor: yes, you are!
Tears start forming in Loki’s eyes and he angrily runs to the room where Frigga and Odin are, Thor running behind him.
Loki, with angry tears in his eyes: Mother, Father, am I adopted?
Odin and Frigga share a look and Frigga smiles her usual comforting smile and asks “What is the reason for this question?”
Loki: Thor said I must be adopted because I’m the only one with black hair
And Odin just starts sweating because this isn’t how he planned to tell Loki. (I think he wasn’t planning on telling him in the first place.)
So Odin just goes: do not listen to your brother’s words, Loki. Both of you are our sons.
Perfectly dodging the allegations without confirming or denying anything. Great job, Odin!
Thor: then why does he have black hair?
And he doesn’t get a clear answer because Odin just goes: why do you have blond hair?
So Thor just has to live with two questions in his mind until the truth is finally revealed several centuries later

I don't know who first came to this (incorrect) conclusion but I still see it sometimes and it's been bugging me for years
These are Frigga's chambers:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
not these:
Tumblr media
That was in the city, not in the palace. Look at the shots before and after the one above:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In fact, we did see where Frigga's chambers were based on Mjölnir's trajectory:

I understand that the people who say this are just trying to prove that Loki did not send Kurse to her but -sigh-
Anyways, have these instead X & X :P

Not the same anon, but Sylvie was not taken in by the TVA for being a girl Loki. To me, it seems like she was taken because she would have grown up in a loving, stable home. She was actually told of her adoption, and unlike Loki, it doesn't bother which either indicates that she was not made to hate the Jotuns, or that she isn't one.
For one, I don't believe anon indicated that Sylvie was taken by the TVA for being born a woman; it is heavily implied and accepted by a majority of the fandom that she was taken for wanting to be a hero (we can see kid her play with toy Valkyries in the series). But technically we'll never know the real reason
And to quickly address your last point first, Sylvie is fully Jotun. Her surname is Laufeydottir: daughter of Laufey, which we all know is the king of the Frost Giants. I wanted to include a shot of her file for proof, but for some reason they all list "Asgardian" as her race. Which. Is very much incorrect, Sylvie herself states she was adopted and unless Laufey is Asgardian in this universe, this makes no sense
(Also the prop they used for her arrest record is generally wrong in several places. Not just the Asgardian thing, but also with her name they list "Laufeyson". This is incorrect according to Old Norse naming conventions, also the wiki lists her surname as Laufeydottir. Her place of birth is listed as "unknown" when it should be Jotunheim. This whole prop kinda proves how little the creators paid attention to Loki's story lol)
But the rest could potentially correct. It's implied that Frigga did not care as much in her reality, as she never learned magic from her, so the idea of a perfectly happy life is sorta up in the air. They generally don't speak much of Sylvie's life in Asgard, probably so the relationship between her and Loki wouldn't seem as weird. Still, there might be some truth to your theory
